The Specialist, IT Technical Support will report to the Director, End User Support Services. This position is designated as in-person which requires employees to be in the physical office five days per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SPECIALIST, IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
As a key member of EEI’s Information Technology department, the Specialist, IT Technical Support, provides hands-on technical support for staff, works closely with EEI’s third-party vendors to address technology issues, and maintains the cores system in an advanced trade-association environment. This role is integral in delivering reliable IT infrastructure and support across daily operations and events. The Specialist, IT Technical Support, reports to the Director, End User Support and is a member of the IT department.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. Starting annual salary will be determined on individual qualifications. EEI also offers an annual performance incentive which is prorated for mid-year start dates. This incentive is typically up to 10% of the base salary.
