KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIRECTOR, SECURITY AND RESILIENCE:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Security and Resilience, the Director serves as a member of EEI’s Industry Operations division and is responsible for leading a broad range of activities central to the security and resilience of the electric power system. The Director, Security and Resilience provides leadership to advance the strategic and operational interests of EEI’s members in the areas of energy security, grid resilience, and military partnerships.
The Director, Security and Resilience, is a skilled individual contributor who supports member priorities through robust analysis, research, and policy engagement, and works collaboratively with other team members across the division.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $130,000 – $175,000. Starting annual salary will be determined on individual qualifications. EEI also offers an annual performance incentive which is prorated for mid-year start dates. This incentive is typically up to 10% of the base salary.
